Helen Macintyre
Managing Director
Helen graduated from Edinburgh University in 1996 with an MA Honours in History of Art. From 1997 to 2004 she worked for Hall & Knight Ltd, dealers and agents in European Art, in London and New York. During this period she coordinated several international exhibitions and Fairs. Helen became part of the Business Development and Client Advisory team at Christie's in 2004, assisting VIP Private and Corporate clients on the dispersal and acquisition of works of art through auction.
Helen founded Macintyre Art Advisory in 2007
identifying the need for a discreet and professional art advisory service for Private and Corporate clients, from Old Masters and Impressionists to Modern and Contemporary works of art. |
Sophie Cole
Client Advisor
Sophie grew up in The Bahamas,
moving to England in 1997, where she
completed her BA Honours in History of Art at Oxford Brookes University. She began her career at Christie's as part of the London Client Advisory team.
As a Client Advisor for Macintyre Art Advisory, Sophie manages the London office and is responsible for the sourcing of Works of Art for Private and Corporate clients, the coordination of exhibitions and sales negotiations. Sophie concentrates in finding existing and emerging Contemporary artists. |
